CIBER has been proudly serving Texas for over 20 years.
In 1997, CIBER acquired Tech Ware in Dallas, a company whose primary business was Excel Telecom. CIBER also acquired DCI in 2002, a company with a Texas presence since 1988. DCI served the Austin market beginning in1996 and in 1997, DCI acquired The Merlin Group. In 1997 the CIBER office in Austin opened.
In April of 2005, CIBER in Texas welcomed our VP/Area Director, Scott Youngman. CIBER in Texas serves many different clients in various industries throughout the state, including telecommunications, energy and utilities, retail/CPG, manufacturing, semi-conductor and state agencies.
